The War Raiders have returned, donning a new name and also winning their first match in a newly announced tournament for a shot at the WWE World Tag Team Championships. During tonight’s episode of WWE RAW,

Erik and Ivar, previously known as the Viking Raiders, returned to "WWE Raw" as the War Raiders and defeated Alpha Academy to kick off a tag team tournament.

The War Raiders scored the victory via pinfall after hitting The Fallout on Akira Tozawa. As a result, Erik and Ivar have progressed in the WWE World Tag Team Championship tournament. As of publish time, no other teams or matches have been announced for a tournament.

This week's show was focused on the build towards Crown Jewel, with a chaotic main event that was interrupted by Nia Jax.

With many WWE Superstars on tour in the UK and Ireland this week, tonight's (10/14) episode of Monday Night Raw was filmed on Oct. 7 at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
