New Franklin man gets life in prison for killing other man after fight
NEW FRANKLIN, Ohio (WJW) — A man who shot another man in the back, killing him will spend life in prison. According to a release from the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office, Eric Mendoza, 41, of New Franklin, will be eligible for parole after serving 18 years of his sentence.
