Iowa head coach Kirk Ferentz knew it would be an uphill climb to waltz into Ohio Stadium and find a way to go toe-to-tow with Ohio State, and in the end it was too much to ask. Ferentz met with the media after the game to provide his assessment of his team’s play but also to give credit to the Buckeyes on how talented of a team they are.

Iowa running back Leshon Williams intends to enter the transfer portal, he announced Monday. Williams ranked sixth in the Big Ten in rushing yards in 2023 with 821 yards and scored two touchdowns.
