Linebacker Denzel Perryman was fined $66,666 for unnecessary roughness/use of helmet against the Chiefs. Perryman attempted to make a tackle on Kareem Hunt and he lowered his helmet and made contact with Hunt’s helmet.

Chargers star pass rusher Khalil Mack, for example, received a fine letter of $22,511 from the NFL due to a certain pass-rush set during the team’s Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero .

The Chargers were shorthanded on offense and defense and still gave the Chiefs all they could handle, but could not come through in the clutch again.
